    Who is eligible for Free Shipping?

    Any customer receive free shipping on eligible orders of $50 or more.

    What items are ineligible for free shipping?

    Some exclusions apply:

    • Most large items shipping with a freight carrier.
    • Orders generated from reseller sites.
    • Free shipping is limited to ground shipping.
    • Puerto Rico is excluded.
    How are shipping costs determined?
    • The shipping cost for most items is based on the item’s size, weight, shipping method and delivery address.
    • In your shopping cart, we show an estimated shipping cost based on our lowest-price shipping method and presuming that all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous United States.
    • If a different shipping method or address outside the continental United States (HI) is selected, the actual shipping cost will most likely be increased.
    • Puerto Rico and Alaska are excluded
    What is the total shipping time for my order?

    The total shipping time for your order is determined by two factors: Processing and Shipping.

    Processing is the time between submitting your order and when the item leaves the warehouse. For most items, processing time is done electronically and usually completed in 1–2 business days for small parcel and 1–7 business days for larger items that ship Freight.

    Shipping begins when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at the selected delivery destination. We send an email with tracking once your order has shipped.

    How can I return an item?

    Fill out the Returns from in your Order History under My Account. Print the return label, attach it to the package and send.
